I only received part of my order.

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure their protection. Check your emails for tracking numbers for each package. If any package is missing, contact us promptly.

Where are your suitcases manufactured?

Our suitcases are made in China in factories that adhere to strict quality standards. This allows us to offer a premium product at a competitive price.

My suitcase arrived damaged. What should I do?

Can your suitcases nest inside each other?

Yes, our suitcases are designed to nest for easy storage. However, to ensure their protection during shipping, they are sent separately.

What is your return policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was fulfilled meaning the day the item has been sent with an email confirmation as well.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • For returns, please contact support with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs or taxes of returned items.

  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

The warranty covers defects in materials and production errors. If your product shows any of these issues, we will repair it free of charge or, in some cases, replace it. We will assess the defect to determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced. If the product or model is no longer in stock, we will replace it with a product or model of equal value.

The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to:

  • External impacts (accidents, falls, rough handling)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or unreasonable use
  • Neglect
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, (salt) water, or any other cause not directly resulting from a material or production defect.

The warranty will also expire if the customer does not notify us of any damages within 10 days of receiving their order. We consider this timeframe sufficient to identify any potential issues with the product.

Additionally, the warranty will expire if:

  • The product has been modified
  • Repairs have been performed by anyone other than us
  • Emergency solutions have been implemented, such as forcing open a zipper or breaking a lock.

Furthermore, our warranty excludes any (consequential) damage to people or property, even if caused by a defect in the product.

How can I make a warranty claim?

If your suitcase is defective or damaged during the warranty period, you can invoke the warranty by following these steps:

The more photos we receive (preferably in high resolution), the better and faster we can assess whether the defect is covered by our warranty. If it’s not possible to illustrate the defect with photos, please provide a detailed description.

After receiving your fully completed email, we will respond within 7 business days. In most cases, we can accurately evaluate the situation and propose a solution based on the attached photos. However, if this is not possible, we will ask you to return the product to us. This email will also include detailed instructions on how to package and ship your product.

Once we receive the product, we will respond within 5 business days, confirming whether the defect is covered by the warranty and, if applicable, offering you a solution.

Help, my suitcase was damaged while traveling

Damages caused during your trip - for example, at the departure or arrival hall of the airport or while your baggage is being loaded in/unloaded off the aircraft – are not covered by our warranty. 


If you notice that your suitcase has been damaged during the trip, report it quickly to the company you are travelling with. Preferably, do it immediately after you have found the damage, alternatively, within the following seven days. The airline or the company you were travelling with is liable for the damage. Usually, there is a simple procedure to report the damage and get it reimbursed. If that is not the case, your travel insurance may also cover such damage.
